Source IT Solution respects the right of users and businesses to request deletion of personal information and account data associated with Source IT Engage / Source Engage Funnel.
This page explains how to request deletion of information stored by Source IT Solution.
Request Data Deletion

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account, such as:
Your name, Source IT Engage account email, organization/workspace name, business phone number, and WhatsApp Business Account ID if known.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, App Secrets, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Identity Verification
Before deleting information, Source IT Solution may need to verify that the requester is the account owner, authorized organization administrator, data subject, or otherwise authorized to request deletion.
This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of business or customer information.
Information That May Be Deleted
Depending on the type and scope of the verified request, deletion may include applicable:
Source IT Engage user-profile information; workspace or organization records; authorized user memberships; CRM contacts and leads; notes and tags; WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number mappings stored in Source IT Engage; message-template records; conversation and message records stored by Source IT Engage; uploaded files or media managed by Source IT Engage; automation/workflow records; AI knowledge records where applicable; integration configuration; and stored Meta/WhatsApp credentials or authorization tokens associated with the disconnected account.
Meta and WhatsApp Credentials
Where applicable, Source IT Solution will remove, revoke, disconnect, or otherwise render unusable Meta/WhatsApp authorization credentials stored by Source IT Engage as part of an approved deletion or disconnection process.
Information Retained for Legal or Security Purposes
Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as fraud prevention, information security, financial records, taxation, dispute resolution, legal compliance, enforcement of contractual obligations, and investigation of abuse.
Such retained information will remain subject to appropriate access restrictions.
Backups
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or protected system backups until those backups expire or are overwritten according to normal backup-retention processes.
Backup copies are not ordinarily used to restore an intentionally deleted active account except where required for disaster recovery, security, or legal reasons.
Data Held by Meta or Other Third Parties
Deleting information from Source IT Engage does not necessarily delete information independently controlled by Meta, WhatsApp, or another third-party service.
Users or businesses may also need to manage or delete information through the applicable Meta, WhatsApp, or third-party account settings.
Disconnecting WhatsApp Business
A business may request that its WhatsApp Business integration be disconnected from Source IT Engage.
When applicable, Source IT Solution will remove the integration connection and associated Source IT Engage authorization information while respecting legally required retention.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable and within timeframes required by applicable law.
Complex requests, legal restrictions, fraud investigations, backup retention, or the need to verify ownership may affect completion time.
Confirmation
Where appropriate, we will notify the requester when the eligible deletion process has been completed.
Meta App Users
If you arrived at this page because you authorized Source IT Engage through a Meta business authorization or WhatsApp Embedded Signup flow, you may request deletion using the same process above.
Please identify your Source IT Engage account and, where possible, the related business or WABA so that we can identify the correct records.
